Recruitment and retention of talent is one of the most pressing issues facing aerospace employers in the State of Washington. AFA's Annual Aerospace Summit features a panel of thought-leaders on aerospace workforce, but the issue is too big for only one hour of conversation.
For the first time, AFA is breaking out this important topic into a full day of programming. Participants will engage in Executive Keynotes, Thought-Leader Panels, and Think Tanks to develop new solutions to the most pressing workforce issues of the day.
