How does an aviation company obtain and retain the talent it needs to thrive long term? A rapidly growing industry, tight labor market and aging workforce are all squeezing the supply of skilled aviation workers, making survival difficult for many businesses. This discussion will examine one organization’s creative efforts to solve this problem through Apprenticeship.

Program Manager, Apprenticeship and Career Development - Aviation Technical Services
Seth Jacobsen manages the Apprenticeship Program at Aviation Technical Services. He began his career as an aircraft mechanic and has held roles in airline maintenance management and training. In addition to being a certificated airframe and powerplant Mechanic, Seth holds degrees in intercultural studies and business.
