Bio

In May 2018, Joe Keegan became Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ first Director of Mobility Transformation. In this role he reports to the Vice President of Product Strategy and Future Airplane Development. He has responsibility for the development of new concepts, technologies and configurations that will help drive Boeing into its second century.

Previously, Joe served as the Commercial Airplanes Product Development leader for systems and technology. He led a team responsible for research and development of new and derivative airplane systems and advanced technologies. 

Earlier, Joe led Features Development and has held leadership positions during the development of the 777X, 787 and 737NG, implementing the latest innovations. He joined The Boeing Company in 1988 and began his career on the development of the original 777.

Joe holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.

In David’s current role, he leads the Program Business Operations (PBO) and Program Management Office (PMO) in the execution of the Boeing 2CES Contract.  David is responsible for interacting with executives from both The Boeing Company and within Dassault Systemes in the performance of his duties, defining strategy, developing execution methods and best practices, with focus on PLM/MOM/ERP architecture, integrations, program operations (HR/Staffing, Finance, Integrated Master Schedules (using SAFe/AGILE methods on the 3D EXPERIENCE Platform), Governance, Contracts, and SubContracts.

Curt Blake

CEO, Spaceflight Industries

Curt Blake is chief executive officer of Spaceflight’s launch services group and previously served as senior vice president and general counsel. Curt has led efforts to expand Spaceflight’s global network of launch service providers while building relationships with key commercial-, civilian- and defense-related customers. Over the last several years, Curt oversaw the company’s growth from its early commercial rideshare launches on the Antares and Soyuz vehicles to become the industry’s rideshare leader and the world’s first commercial spaceline.

Scott Michael Edmonds serves as Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations at Blue Origin, a private space company developing vehicles and technologies that dramatically improve access to space for people and payloads.

Michael Edmonds joined Blue Origin in November of 2018. Michael transitioned to Blue from Honeywell, where he most recently served as President of the Aerospace Services & Connectivity Business.

In his 18 years at Honeywell, Michael held roles across multiple functions in the United

States and abroad, including marketing, pricing, customer support, supply chain, business development and general management.

Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Michael is a Six Sigma Black-belt.

Tom has over 25 years of experience leading global Fortune 500 companies in areas of strategic incubation, software, services and hardware development, marketing and sales in consumer products, enterprise platform and aviation technologies. He is a former senior executive at Microsoft where he was a corporate Vice President with responsibility for businesses as diverse as WindowsEmbedded, XboxLive and PC Accessories. Tom is on the Board of Directors of the Museum of Flight and is an avid private pilot.

Scott has worked in the Metrology industry for more than two decades solving precision manufacturing measurement problems in a wide variety of industries.  His background includes several years chasing precision at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center and operating a measurement consulting and programming firm concentrating on Automotive and Aerospace powertrain applications.

Scott holds a mechanical engineering degree from Cornell University.

He has earned credentials as an FAA DER, as well a private multi-engine instrument pilot's license. Prior to starting AeroTEC in 2003, Lee was the flight test manager at Aviation Partners Boeing and a lead engineer at Aircraft Engineering Specialists.

Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman is co-founder of Object Theory, a Mixed Reality agency with a focus on strategy, platform solutions and custom services. Object Theory is one of Microsoft's longest standing partners in their Microsoft Mixed Reality Partner (MMRP) program, since before the HoloLens release. Prior to forming Object Theory, Michael led the creation of showcase experiences for Microsoft HoloLens as a Principal Engineering Lead on the HoloLens team. His work includes some of the remarkable applications created for Autodesk, Trimble, and JPL/NASA Curiosity Mars rover mission planning. Michael's experience also includes positions at Google and Nike Digital Sport, as well as leading delivery of platform solutions in publishing, biotech, mass storage and telecom.
